HOPE Services: The HOPE Prison Reentry Services is funded by the Department of Human Services (DHS). HOPE Prison Reentry Services provides transitional housing services for convicted felons who are at risk of homelessness after released. The programs create a sober living environment with high facility standard with 24/7 security, random drug testing, daily evening classes, education and life skills training provided to is residents.

Hawaii Department of Corrections: The Hawaii Department of Correction is one of 3 divisions of Hawaii’s Department of Public Safety, provides oversees four jails, located on each major island, and four prisons, 3 of which located on the island of Oahu and the another is on the island of Hawaii. In addition to housing Hawaiian prisoners, Department of Correction also provides prisoners with access to educational and training program as well as drug treatment programs.
Community Assistance Center: The Community Assistance Center provides a wide range of programs to help participants achieve a crime-free and non-violent life. Programs include teaching them to control their anger and emotions effectively, teaching skills to function well in the society, counseling jobs and housing for ex-offenders, etc.
Restorative Programs: This is a special program established with a view to creating an environment in which inmates are helped and supported to reconnect to the society and prepare themselves for a better life when they get out of prison. It equips inmates with new skills, good attitude, and a comfortable mind to make up for their wrongdoings.
